Karen joined us in May 2015 to implement the Auto Enrolment pension schemes for our payroll clients. She soon became involved with the payroll working alongside our then Senior Payroll Administrator and achieved her payroll qualifications in 2017. Karen became our Senior Payroll and Auto Enrolment Administrator in 2019 and is responsible for maintaining the friendly and reliable payroll service we provide to employers.
Karen has had a lot of experience setting up and managing pension schemes with The People's Pension and NEST and provides employers with ongoing auto enrolment administration ensuring employers meet their obligations. With both payroll and auto enrolment becoming more and more complex her knowledge and experience is valuable to the employers who use our payroll service.
In April 2020 Karen implemented our new payroll software providing employers with cloud based payroll reporting and employees with cloud and app based access to their payroll and auto enrolment documents.
In June 2021 Karen was awarded Payroll Professional of the Year at the IAB (International Association of Bookkeepers) awards.
